By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and available in the Service (this “Agreement”). If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

  1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement. 

 

  1. We may, at any time and for any reason make changes to this Agreement. If you don’t agree to these changes, you must end your relationship with us by ceasing to use the Services and leaving our app. 
  1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on our app and use the Service. 

 

  1. Term and Termination. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service and/or have a our app account. You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions in “Settings” in the Service. The Company may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if the Company believes that you have breached this Agreement 

 

  1. Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Facebook login credentials you use to sign up for our app, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your login credentials at info@rommanapps.com.

 

  1. Your Interactions with Other Users.
  1. You understand and agree that the Company may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any Content you post as part of a Service. The Company may delete any Content, in whole or in part, that in the sole judgment of the Company violates this Agreement or may harm the reputation of the Service or the Company.
  2. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate and take any legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating or suspending the account of such violators.
